CR Nos.2952 & 3042 of 2014 Sanjeev Sharma Vs. Jyoti Sharma Present: Mr.Sanjeev Sharma, petitioner-in-person. Ms.Radhika Suri, Sr.Advocate with Ms.Rinku Dahiya, Advocate, for the respondent along with Mrs.Jyoti Sharma, respondent-in-person. **** Parties are present in Court, in pursuance of the last order. This Court has interacted with the parties, who were married in the year 2003 and separated in the year 2010 and there are two children born from the wedlock, who are residing with the petitioner-husband. The petitioner-husband was employed in Italy and has spent more than 12 years there and the children were also born there. He submits that he is staying with his brother at present who is looking after him and also maintaining the expenses of his two children. The dispute seems to have arisen between the parties on account of some demand of immigration of the wifes brother. The respondent-wife is willing to convert the divorce petition into one under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and is not interested even in a penny of alimony. Matter had been referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court earlier, with no success. However, in view of the above facts that the wife is not interested in any alimony also, the petitioner prays for some time to think over the issue whether the matter can be resolved by granting divorce by mutual consent. Accordingly, further proceedings are deferred to 09.12.2014. Photocopy of this order be placed on the record of the other connected case. 01.12.2014 sailesh (G.S.Sandhawalia) JUDGE
