Attached is a Temporary Food Permit for vendors selling food items. The Mid-Ohio Valley Health Dept. requires this form if they inspect on Pioneer Day. It is suggested that you have a food handler’s card. Electric spaces are limited. They are located along sides of court house and at electric poles.
