What a brilliant idea on the part of Sports England, a government-funded organization that motivates Brits to be physically active. They recently launched a campaign called “This Girl Can” to encourage women to get moving. Its own research revealed that 75 percent of British females ages 14 to 40 want to become more active, but that INSECURITY is a BIG OBSTACLE. And feeling JUDGED for their JIGGLE was a huge concern. Not looking perfect and not being the right size blocked womens minds from accepting that they could get out there and work out and have fun with others. Well then LOOK AT THIS VIDEO!
