CRAZY HOOD EXPLORES HIP HOP IN HAITI #COMINGHOMEHAITI ift.tt/1xYfwMa Crazy Hood Film Academy has embarked on an ambitious project to explore hip hop in other countries specifically countries least thought to have a thriving hip hop scene. The series was inspired by their first documentary “Coming Home” which follows the Crazy Hood crew to the island of Cuba. Following Cuba the crew made their way to Peru to film their second installment of the “Coming Home” series. “Coming Home: Peru” is set to start screening next month at selected venues and film festivals. For their third film in the series the guys visited Haiti. Haiti had always been at the top of the list due to Haitian Americans in and close to Crazy Hood as well as the Haitian influence and presence in Crazy Hoods home town of Miami, Florida. DJ EFN, GARCIA and the crew shared moments on the trip in real time via social media.
