CRDRRMC: As of 11:00AM today, TY ODETTE has made its landfall over Southern part of Itbayat, Batanes. TY ODETTE was located based on all available data at 60km W of Itbayat, Batanes(20.8N,121.3E) w/ max winds of 185 kph near the center & gustiness of up to 220kph.It is forecasted to move WNW at 19kph. Estimated rainfall amount is from 10 - 20 mm per hour (heavy-intense) within the 800 km diameter of the Typhoon. Public Storm Warning Signal (PSWS) # 2 is still raised over APAYAO and PSWS #1 is still raised in the provinces of ABRA, BENGUET, BAGUIO CITY, KALINGA, IFUGAO & MT PROVINCE. The public is advised to be alert against flashfloods and landslides. The Local DRRMCs concerned are advised to take appropriate actions. CRDRRMC Opcen is on RED ALERT STATUS.
