CREAMY HERB DRESSING FOR GREEN SALAD Newspaper clipping 1996 ¾ cup buttermilk ¼ cup reduced fat mayonnaise ¼ cup chopped green onions 3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill 1 Tbsp each: chopped fresh parsley, fresh lemon juice, prepared horseradish Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste In a blender, combine buttermilk, mayonnaise, green onions, dill, parsley, lemon juice, horseradish, salt and pepper. Blend well until smooth. Cover and store in refrigerator up to 4 days.
