CREW LEADER POSITION: Anything and Everything TIRE: Candidate must have at least two years of verifiable tire experience. Duties include; Changing and balancing tires, Listening to customers, working independently as well as taking the lead over less experienced workers. Training new recruits and having a courteous manner toward customers. Required working knowledge of all machinery in the shop. Must be able to patch tires and do other basic tire repairs. Our shop does all sorts of tire work including: all kinds of passenger vehicles, large truck tires, skid steer tires, backhoe tires, trailer tires, and farm implement tires; chrome and aluminum rim experience is also required. If you are a hard worker, truthful and honest. If you can work at a reasonable pace with safety in mind, we are interested in talking to you.
