CRIME OF THE WEEK (BURGLARY, THEFT) The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Burglary and Theft that occurred in the 1500 Block of Iowa Road. The Burglary occurred between the hours of 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm on September 14, 2013. Taken during the Burglary were four (4) Stihl chainsaws, a Milwaukee electric grease gun and other tools. Value of loss is estimated at over $1700.00. Anyone with information about this crime should call the Franklin County Crime Stoppers at 1-888-311-TIPS (1-888-311-8477), submit a tip through Franklin County Crime Stopper’s Facebook account, text tip to 274637 (begin text with keyword “Franklin”) or online at tipsoft.
