CRITERIA FOR RESPECT In India, a smart guy is respected more. Because he does less work or no work. But he gives and impression that he worked or worked a lot. In India, a sincere and hard working guy is not respected and honored. He is considered inefficient as he is naive or some times he is even compared with a donkey. (Donkey = hard work + poor intelligence). See the conditions of Kerala. Kerala has lot of intelligent and smart people. But see the living conditions in Kerala!!!! And compare it with Dubai. The same Keralaite, drops his intelligence and smartness & see how they have made Dubai. Dubai is made of sincerity, humbleness and hard work.
