On Monday, December 8th, our Marcellus Shale Advisory Commission will be hearing testimony from Commissioners and the public about this draft report: bit.ly/1xAlst6 and I encourage you to either submit written comments or testify in person (limited to 3 minutes per person) at this meeting.
