The boy, identified as Mumbwata Melford was caught by the predator yesterday around 15hours. According to information gathered by ZAWA, the boy is believed to have been on a hunting expedition and was in the company of four other people and three dogs. The group had ventured along the Zambezi river, which is 4.1kilmeteres away from their village where the incident happened. Upon receiving the information, ZAWA Officers were dispatched to the area immediately and assisted in retrieving the body and taking it to the mortuary.
