SPEAKER:Rev.Dr.Joshua Talena The entire family of the shepherd’s house has every reason to say thank God for everything he has done for us in 2014. We also thank God for you who have been following us from afar. May the blessings we enjoy at the shepherd’s house also rest upon you in Jesus Name----------AMEN The theme for the year 2015 was declared by the senior pastor. it was declared as our year of GLORY TO GLORY. This is to say from one level to the other you shall be experiencing God’s glory and so shall you be going from one level to another level in Jesus Name What is God’s Glory? - God’s Glory is that shinning majesty which accompanies God’s presence. - God’s Glory is that indescribable form in which Jehovah manifest himself - God’s Glory is that sum total of which divinity has made available to humanity. - God’s Glory is the best of God to man - God’s Glory is God’s best to Satan’s worst - God’s Glory is the summary of what God has made available to man. There is no better time where Glory is much needed than now. Why? This is because darkness has been programmed to cover the earth Today, you hear about climate change, economic meltdown etc it is a clear indication that the world has been covered with evil blanket of darkness. For this reasons, this is the time God makes his best available to us his children. Isa 60:1 The purpose of the darkness is to make the world appreciate our Glory. If there is anything the world want to see at this time is his Glory. - Glory is God’s manifesting beyond your labour and toils. Once you access these Glories, you will see less of yourself and more of him, you will see less of your input and you will ultimately be compelled to give him back the glory. - Glory is a realm where Jehovah does what we cannot do - Glory also means the fullness of God. It is what makes God full not needing anything. To live in life to the full is to exist in his glory Why is the Glory Important? 1. Glory gives you direct access to God’s residential address of the almighty. - Glory makes you to live where God is; it is living in the realm of God while you are still here on earth. When people die we often say they are called to glory. People who live in his Glory are not afraid to die. - Glory is the atmosphere of lifestyle of heaven on earth 2. Glory impacts to you the spinelessness and character of God. It is the glory of God that makes it impossible for God to lie or sin. Glory will always cleanse you to appear heavenly. It is what separates you from the rest of the world. Exodus 15:11- His glory tempers with your character, glory guarantees the real character content of God 3. Glory provides shield against darkness and evil. No cure against darkness like his Glory. Darkness is a container of evil while Glory is a container of the goodness of God How to access these Glory 1. Maintain a close relationship with God 2. Allow the word to control your life. The word is a document of his glory 3. Give yourself wholeheartedly to prayer. The place of prayer is the place of his Glory as glory does not belong to those who are prayer less. Those who are ready to go with God in prayers are those who are qualified to go with God. Please get the CD for the remaining points--------------------------------.
