CROSSVIEWS: Momentum for Tuesday, June 11, 2013 – FOLLOWING – Peter followed Jesus from afar, but only for a while. He even officially denied knowing the Lord. But by Pentecost (fifty days following the resurrection) God used him to preach the gospel to all Israel and ultimately to the whole world. He then became the Lord’s leader for the first half of the Book of Acts, until Paul’s conversion. Being down for a while is not the same as being out forever!!
