CSEB Logo Contest! CSEB is redesigning its logo and you are invited to submit a design! The contest is open to members and non-members alike. Prizes for the designer of the winning logo will be announced shortly! You may submit as many designs as you want. Please follow these simple guidelines: 1. The design must reflect the following themes: a. Epidemiology and biostatistics; b. The diversity of CSEB’s membership; i. Canada-wide; ii. French/English. 2. The design may or may not contain writing. 3. The design must be of sufficient graphical quality to be reprinted on web-based or hard-copy documents. 4. The design must be submitted in one of the following formats: jpeg, giff, bitmap, tiff. 5. The winner must make the original artwork available to CSEB. 6. The design must not contain any copyrighted material. Please submit your designs directly to Mark Oremus, Chair of CSEB’s Communications Committee, at [email protected]. The deadline for receipt of designs will be announced shortly. No designs will be accepted after this date. Please note, the winner must agree to hand over copyright of the design to CSEB. The winner will be asked to complete, sign, and return a copyright waiver form prior to receipt of any prizes. CSEB’s Board of Directors will make the final decision on the winning design. The Board reserves the right to disapprove all submitted designs if its members feel none of the submissions are suitable.
