CSR Stakeholder Engagement Supervisor/Manager Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of CSR Communications and Stakeholder Engagement, the CSR Stakeholder Engagement Supervisor or Manager will be responsible for the management, execution and timely close-out of all stakeholder inquiries and issues across PVH brands and geographies. The position also requires ongoing trends analysis, research and knowledge of endemic and emerging issues in the industry. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of CSR (preferably in the apparel or consumer product sectors), as well as excellent coordination, relationship-building and communication skills (written and verbal). Project-management skills are essential for the role, as is the ability to react quickly to issues requiring immediate attention. Primary Responsibilities: · Own and maintain the PVH Stakeholder Issues and Inquiry Log; regular reporting out to management on progress · Manage inquiries as appropriate and escalate where required; identify the right individual(s) within the company to deal with and close out issues in a timely basis · Conduct research on emerging and endemic issues and identify trends and/or areas of focus for the CSR program; provide recommendations on how to improve the PVH CSR program based on the research/identified trend · Liaise and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders from both corporate headquarters and regional teams · Provide writing and editing assistance on relevant CSR materials · Assist on events management and various multi-stakeholder initiatives as required · Other CSR communication and stakeholder management issues as required Qualifications or Requirements: · Strong research, writing and analytical skills · Experience working with a range of stakeholders across sectors and geographies · Knowledge of human rights and broader CSR issues in the apparel and/or consumer products sectors is strongly recommended · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated experience managing projects · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a diverse group of associates and subject matter experts · Ability to think quickly, respond to changing demands, anticipate future problems, and recommend solutions · Ability to take direction and deliver projects and deliverables of a high quality on time and on budget · Proficiency in MS Office products · Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience
