CSU Carig Campus holds Street Graffiti Contest As a way of strengthening the bond of students and faculty members in the campus this Christmas, CSU Carig Campus, through the office of Events and Communications, and in coordination with Campus Student Government, held a Street Graffiti Contest and Lantern Competition and Parade on Dec.12. Themed “Spreading Joy, Sharing Love and Embracing Peace: A United CSU towards Excellence,” all offices and colleges in the campus went out of their respective offices on Dec. 12 and started painting their artwork along Palm Avenue in Carig Campus. Aside from the street painting activity, the colleges especially the minor organizations, prepared an entry for the lantern parade which culminated the activity for the day. “This is the first time that CSU Carig held such contest and you could clearly see the spirit of oneness as each office tries to paint its masterpiece” said Jervis Canonio, CSG governor. College of Technology won 1st place in the Street Graffiti while the Guidance Office was declared 1st place in the Lantern-making contest.#
