CSW Coordination update: Pacific Via Brigitte Leduc, Gender Equality Advisor, SPC The Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) in partnership with the Government of Solomon Islands, hosted a Pacific coordination meeting on Wednesday 12 March in the Solomon Islands mission in New York. The coordination meeting was convened to encourage interactive dialogue between Government delegations both from Capital and representatives in missions in New York and NGOs to share their key concerns including Pacific regional and country positions related to the 58th session priority theme, as the CSW58 heads into negotiations next week. The meeting included discussion around supporting interventions between Government and civil society organisations before negotiations commence for the 58th Session.
