CTDHM Pres. The Tableism 2nd Anniversary…A trip into the underground grooves, less vocals, deeper tones, heavy organ chords and hypnotic synth sounds.; where life runs at 33 revolutions per minute .Whether it’s for the cover, sound, or ability to physically manipulate the beautifully made discs, passionate music lovers will always feel the need to dig deep and endlessly pursue these analog wonders. From Cape Town to Polokwane, our musical choices define some part of our identities and displaying these choices, along with our apparent respect for the value of music, makes our identities non-virtual, i.e., real ;as well. One of the things I like about using vinyl is when asked, “What was that last track you played?”, I can whip out the sleeve and show them.
