CTHM PORTOBELLO PIZZAS Ingredients: 2 Portobello mushrooms 1/3 cup all-natural tomato sauce 3/4 cup Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella 1/2 cup spinach, chopped Black Pepper 1/8 tsp dried garlic Directions: Clean and pat dry the mushrooms, then trim/discard stems and lay mushrooms in baking dish. Top each mushroom with half the tomato sauce. Then, mix together chopped spinach, dried garlic, pepper, and ricotta. Divide ricotta in half and add to top of each mushroom. Finally, top each mushroom with half the shredded mozzarella. Place mushrooms under the broiler for 10 minutes or until mozzarella is melted and cheese starts to brown.
