CTV Kitchener Published Monday, July 22, 2013 12:47PM EDT Guelph Police are seeking a suspicious man seen exposing himself near a dog park. Police were called to the park, located at Kortright Road West and the Hanlon Parkway, shortly before 2 p.m. Friday. According to police, two women were walking their dogs in the park when one of them noticed a man hiding in bushes near a path and exposing himself. The woman then ran to the other woman and informed her of the situation. The man was reportedly last seen walking eastbound along the trail, getting onto his bike and riding away in the direction of Kortright Road. Police searched the area for the man but were unable to find him. The man is described as white and between 16 and 20 years old, clean-shaven with shaggy, bleach-blonde hair, and wearing a black helmet while riding a black bicycle. Police say he was wearing a white T-shirt and black nylon shorts that may have been a swimsuit.
