CUJ/efadms/23112013/18 Yeungnam University YU has informed that the national scholarship for 2 to 3 Indian exchange student INTERNATIONAL STUDIES AND RESEARCH CELL Central University of Jharkhand Brambe, Ranchi – 835205 Date:22.11.13 NOTICE The Central University of Jharkhand has a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Yeungnam University, South Korea, a leading University of Korea. Yeungnam University YU has informed that the national scholarship for 2 to 3 Indian exchange students will be available in the year 2014. The scholarship will be available only for the students who will stay at Yeungnam University for one academic year.2 to 3 students from CUJ are to be nominated. Of course, there is no guarantee that all the nominated students will get the scholarship. The application deadline for 2014 spring semester is December 5, 2013. Interested students may submit their application in the attached format to the undersigned, forwarded by their Heads/coordinators by the 5thDec 2013. Such application will be screened by appropriate Committee and selected candidates’ names shall be forwarded to YU, South Korea. All applicants should note that; 1. The exchange student from Central University of Jharkhand to study in Yeungnam University will have to earn minimum required credits at CUJ as per CUJ ordinance, and if required, he/she will have to spend extra time at CUJ. 2. The exchange student will have to complete his/her course within 7 years from the date of his/her registration. 3. CUJ will not take any financial liabilities for his/her course out there.
