One of my favorite exercises - I mention them times in The Booty Bible ❤ I usually use a much HEAVIER WEIGHT than this one - this is just for demonstration purposes Topload light until you get your form correct and balance in check. Watch your knees dont extend beyond your toes. Form is EVERYTHING. Keep your head and chest up, take your time and dont forget to BREATHEEEE! These work legs, glutes, core - heart rate will ZOOOOM, baby!! Try 3 sets alternating 20 times. REST REST in between sets. AM xo TheBootyBible
