Our existing websites are: Pet360, PetFoodDirect and petMD. The Customer Care Representative is the first impression of our company. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to provide excellent customer service, possess the ability to take ownership of customer issues and the skills to provide resolution and follow up to ensure customer retention. The top priority every day is customer satisfaction and building relationships with our customers. The Customer Care Representative will place orders for customers, assist customers with clarification of products and/or process (shipping, prescriptions) and may make recommendations according to customers needs on features, accessories, products and services. The Customer Care Representative will continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions and will utilize CRM systems to update accounts and document calls. Will Up Sell new and existing customers on the Pet360 and PetFoodDirect Auto-Ship program. The Customer Care Representative position is a five day work week with a least one weekend day within the schedule. The weekday hours are 1:30pm-10pm and the weekend hours are 9am to 5:30pm.
