CUSTOMER NOTICE - At 1.20pm this afternoon our unit fire alarm was activated by a link from the Soar at Intu Braehead complex fire panel and we proceeded to evacuate our building as we would with any fire alarm. Within a few minutes we learned from complex security that the activation was caused by a test being carried out on a restaurant within the complex that is about to open soon. Gambado were not notified about this test nor taken off line so that our panel did not activate. We appreciate everyones co-operation in our evacuation and whilst the error was not caused by us we apologise for the inconvenience caused to our customers.
