CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (Decatur/Trop) compensation: Wage plus bonus up to $32,000+ annually DRSS LLC has a new opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is a point of contact for our clients via phone. You will update client databases as well as submit information to clients and managers throughout the project timeline. Information gathering utilizing company provided resources, continuous follow-up all follow within the position requirements. The right candidate will possess strong communication (phone) and computer skills, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate in a professional manner with clients, staff, and executives.
