As a customer service team member, youll be working as the face of Oporto, meeting and interacting with many customers in a friendly manner each day. You will be responsible for: - Greeting customers in friendly manner following our cUstom steps to service - Helping out other team members when and where necessary - Following Oporto policies at all times - Packing products according to quality standards and food safety standards - Performing secondary task such as where applicable, clean tables, chairs, floors, toilets, front counter area, windows, store exterior, car park and drive thru to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for customers The ideal candidate will have: - Experience within the food industry is advantageous but not essential, as on the job training will be provided. - Excellent communication and listening skills to interact with customers and other team members in a sometimes noisy environment - Passionate about exceeding customer expectations - Ability to work in a team environment - Willingness to work shift work, weekends and late night shifts (where applicable) - Be able to perform tasks that require standing, bending, kneeling, reaching and carrying objects that may weigh up to 15 kilograms - Be able to stand and work with customers for up to eight hours If this sounds like you, apply now.
