If so we have an opportunity for you…… Customer Service Adviser - 2 posts £17,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time) 1 x 37 hours per week temporary until 9th September 2014 1 x 33.5 hours per week temporary until 21st November 2014 Customer Services at Selwood Housing handles a large variety of queries on a daily basis. We manage enquiries via telephones, face to face, e-mail and Facebook. As a Customer Service Adviser at Selwood Housing, excellent customer service and enthusiasm is second nature to you. You will have a proven track record of problem solving in a customer orientated environment, staying calm under pressure, regardless of the situation. You will be able to make sound judgements regarding situations that affect others and be a fast learner who is able to assimilate a large variety of information, in a continually changing environment. You will be sensitive to the needs of our callers, treating everyone as an individual. Your proactivity fills your colleagues with confidence, building trust in the team, and your questioning and diagnostic skills give our customers’ confidence in the help you provide.
