CYPRUS DAY TO DAY REALITY . THIS IS WHAT PEOPLE DEAL WITH EVERY SINGLE DAY. Feeling no support from authorities in the country where the understanding of justice is twisted and justice always on a side of criminals. I bet if we report him, authorities going to do nothing about it. So what shall I do? I dont know whether you can help.On a walk out with my dog, sometime ago not far from my home across some fields I came across a very lovable male dog,not very old which I believe, looking at some of your photos maybe a Samoyed or Samoyed/Husky cross. He is pure white with Blue eyes.I cannot see a way to undoe his chain(about 5 feet at most) so I believe he is permanently chained. When I walked that way I always took some food and water and it is usually the water he goes for first.I did not want to get in the habit of feeding him everyday as I have done that before with other dogs I have come across and the owners then do not feed them at all. I have had visitors so have not been to see him for a while until yesterday. He is so dreadfully thin now-starving - and his bowls were completely empty of food and water.Never have I seen them with anything in.He made a fuss of me and is very gentle. His coat has gone from white to a dirty beige colour,he has sores on the tips of his ears and his tail looks to me as though it has been crudely shortened for some reason. He tends to sit on it if I try and look.He has a piece of metal as a cover and his bed under that is jagged separate rocks.I have seen 3 different man around that area, one of whom has another dog and 2 puppies. An old guy came before when he saw my dog of the lead and caught me putting some water and food down. There was a dog carcas ,partially burned nearby and I wonder what the fate of this little boy will be if I dont do something about it. There are some hounds and a German Shepherd pup nearby owned by some young men which are also kept in disgusting conditions .I have been reluctant to draw attention to myself here and tackle these people myself simply because they would be able to identify where we live because of my dog. I am worried that my dog may end up poisoned or even shot (as my dog is off the lead when we are out ) and they have seen me on several occasions looking at the dogs. I am not in a position to take in another dog. I took some photos of the white dog. He has ,as I say deteriated a lot since the photos were taken as I was feeding him up a lot before.I hope you can help or advise.
