Cabanon Galaxy DL Trailer tent with kitchen for sale. Stored in garage and in good condition. Easier to tow than a caravan and a lot more comfortable than a tent (as you sleep off the ground). What’s not to like! The elevated area (the ‘wings’ of the trailer) has two double beds with foam mattresses. Under the wings there are two pup tents for those that like to sleep closer to the ground – this means you can sleep 8 if you don’t mind sharing. The beds can be used as seats during the day then zipped up into a room at bedtime. The living space between the trailer itself and the front porch is big enough for half a dozen people to move around and relax in and part of one side is taken up with the ‘kitchen’ which is a self standing gas cooker with 2 rings and a grill and even a small sink as well as storage space. Pots etc can be hung from the frame. Gas bottle and kettle included in price, as well as a breathable mat which acts as a carpet and adds to the domestic/home away from home bliss. The living space has a zipped, moveable wall which can be taken out to make a huge 3 sided area open to the weather or one side, or zipped up to make a porch which can be used for storing bikes, wet cossies etc. Or if you are neat it can be used for sitting in and watching the world go by, beer in hand as your loving partner prepares a feast in the kitchen (!) The trailer itself is in good condition. The ‘kitchen’ hangs off one end and it detached when you start setting up (our record in setting up is two people taking 20 minutes). At the front end there’s a large lockable box which can be used for storing sleeping bags, deck chairs etc. When packed up the whole thing is covered by a waterproof tarp and looks as good as new.
