Cadets in action: The cadets taking a photo break while working on the Fletchers yard today. Great job cadets!! What a gift for them! Meanwhile back at OHSU... Jack worked with a physical therapist and did some exercises, walked a long way with assistance (wobbly gait but core getting stronger) and followed ALL verbal directions ! He independently moves in bed and can pull himself up from lying in bed to the edge of the bed in a fluent motion. Jack watched some baseball on TV while sitting in a chair for about an hour before needing to lay down for rest. He is so much more alert and embracing his environment. Continued progress!!
