Cafe Apprentice To provide support in the Café, whilst completing an appropriate (NVQ Level 2) apprenticeship qualification, aligned to the job role. This will include completing designated tasks as required in order to maintain and develop the café, • such as preparation • serving of food & drinks (both hot & cold) • menu planning and ordering • to maintain and improve food safety standards will also be key to this role • administrative duties normally associated with a catering operation.
