Cajun Style Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls By: David Triche 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil 3 lbs. lean Ground Beef 2 Onions, chopped 5 toes Garlic, minced 2 small heads Cabbage, chopped 1 (14.5 oz.) cans diced Tomatoes 1 (10 oz.) can Rotel Tomatoes 1 (8 oz.) can Tomato Sauce 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder 2 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning 1 tsp. Black Pepper In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, onion and garlic and cook, stirring, until ground beef is no longer pink and onion is tender. Drain oil. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. You may need to add a little cabbage at a time, depending on the size of your pot. If so, once all of the cabbage is in the pot, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender. Serve with Cornbread. Enjoy!
