#CalDabbastyle Am gonna share a dark secret. I cant roll a round chapati to save myself. Have always depended on the help to make soft Chapatis and thats one of the qualification criteria during the interview. My maid has gone for her annual vacation and am always in a fix when I have to pack my daughters Dabba. Poor thing has to suffer my shapeless rotis. The saving grace is that I can still manage to make parathas, mind u not a perfect round ones but decently shaped. Had some Thepla dough in the fridge and left over paneer, so made a quick paneer filling with chaat masala, salt, chilli and jeera powder. Stuffed it into theplas like a paratha and generously dabbed ghee. Healthy and yum.
