Calcium is one of the most common mineral deficiencies in horses. - TopicsExpress

Calcium is one of the most common mineral deficiencies in horses. Calcium is depleted by stress, high athletic performance, high sugar-grain diets, excess alfalfa, soil depletion, long-term MSM supplementation and/or all ulcer medications. Use 1-2 Tbsp of Bone-Up (calcium citrate and Vitamin B6) to prevent and aid arthritis and OCD, to strengthen joint, cartilage, hoof and muscle, to neutralize excess acids and to soothe nervousness.
