Caldwell College 120 Bloomfield Ave Caldwell NJ 07006 Position: Summer Residence Counselors Job Details Summer Residence Counselors (two temporary positions) Caldwell College invites applications for two temporary Residence Counselors for the summer Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) program. The Residence Counselor resides on campus during the EOF Summer Program in order to reinforce dorm rules and maintain discipline among the EOF student population. The counselors will also facilitate workshops and group activities, offer general academic support, and help students establish effective college survival skills. Employment will run from June 30th through August 1st. Hours will be 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. from Monday through Thursday and Sundays from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus one year of related experience required. Candidates should possess good communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work on a professional level with students, faculty, and staff. Candidates must support the Dominican Catholic, liberal arts mission of the College.
