Calgary Police, EMS and fire crews are on scene at a potentially dangerous situation. Officials are investigating the structural failure of the Bonnybrook train bridge over the Bow River. The bridge in Ogden is in danger of collapsing, and is apparently coming apart in two places. There is a train on the bridge, and there are fears that the structural damage could cause it to fall into the water – or that its cargo could leak. Police have the whole area blocked off, and warn it could be dangerous to be nearby.
