California crashes involving large trucks can arise due to cargo loading. Improperly secured loads, or loads that are unevenly distributed, are liabilities on the road. To obtain a California Commercial Driver License, or CDL, applicants must take and pass an in-depth test administered through the California Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Program.
