Call for Auction Items and Gift Bag Donations to Benefit Local Non Profit: Dear Friend: Career Wardrobe is celebrating 18 years of empowering women on June 5, 2014 with our premier fundraising event, A Perfect Fit: Empowering 18 Fashion Show & Auction. Last year, over 400 of our supporters, local media celebrities, public officials, and corporate partners joined us to raise nearly $100,000 to support Philadelphia’s women as they move from dependency to economic self- sufficiency. We are committed to making this year’s auction and celebrity fashion show the biggest ever and we are hoping you will help. Were currently collecting merchandise and services for our event and are writing to request your support. By making a donation for our auction, you will be making a tax-deductible contribution that will help thousands of unemployed and underemployed women get back to work and on the road to self-sufficiency. In addition, your business will gain valuable marketing exposure at our event including acknowledgements in our printed auction program, and social media and website recognition. In the face of increasingly drastic cuts to state assistance and education opportunities, Career Wardrobe’s services are needed more now than ever before.
