Call for Nominations - Chair of the Division of Professional Education The Search Committee is calling for nominations for the position of CHAIR of the DIVISION OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION, College of Arts and Sciences, UP Visayas. Nomination forms are available at the following offices: -CAS Dean’s Office -Division of Professional Education -Principal’s Office, UPV High School Department -Community Outreach Program Office (formerly BIDANI Office) The following minimum qualifications must be possessed by those who are nominated: -Outstanding academic credentials -Two years of satisfactory service to the university, or equivalent experience -Commitment to the University and to the Division of Professional Education -Unquestionable moral integrity -Qualities of leadership and administrative or managerial capability Nominee/s who are knowledgeable about the programs of the Prof. Ed. and High School are preferred. The following may submit nominations for the chairmanship: -Regular faculty and staff of the Division of Professional Education, including the High School Department. -Graduate students and alumni -Others from outside the Division of Professional Education -An interested candidate Nominations shall be accompanied by the following documents: -Two (2) copies of a duly signed nomination form indicating the name of the nominee and the justification for the nomination. -Two (2) copies of nominee’s curriculum vitae with a two-page summary thereof. -One (1) copy of the nominee’s proposed plans and programs for the Division of Professional Education. The Search Committee is requesting for: -2 hard copies and an electronic copy of the duly accomplished nomination form and cv with a 2-page summary thereof. -1 hard copy and an electronic copy of the proposed plans and programs.
