The research project will contribute to the theoretical understanding of housing markets. MOSPUS and CRUSH are grounded in a critical urban theoretical tradition and seek to develop feminist, Marxist and postcolonial perspectives within urban and housing research. The research project has to expand theoretical and empirical understandings of sustainable urban development and should be broadly based in the social sciences. The aim of these positions is to achieve a doctoral double degree in Social Sciences (Roskilde University) and Urban Studies (Malmö University). The doctoral student(s) will be placed at both the Department for Urban Studies at Malmö University and ENSPAC at Roskilde University and will after successfully completing their studies receive a doctoral degree from both universities.
