Call it Fibromyalgia..call it Myofascial trigger points..call it arthritis..call it all in my head..i call it HELL. Im done with trying to put a name to this..Ive had one thing after another since I was a four years old. I know I need to exercise and my goal is to get there. Ive been trying for months to go drug free...meaning no antidepressants for pain control..no pain pills ..no muscle relaxers. But Im tired of suffering. But..Im gonna take my daughter and grandson to a movie weve been waiting for and try to carry on thru it. : )
