Called Dish immediately when Fox was cut off at 9:59 p.m. last night. Told them I was going to switch providers despite my remaining 18-mo. Contractual Agreement. The offered me a lousy $10 off my monthly bill for the next three months, but that really isnt good enough! I reiterated that it was inappropriate to hold me to my contractual commitment, when they were not meeting theIr commitment to me! They stated that their contract stipulates they can change the programming at any time! I stated that I can change providers at any time! I expressed how greedy I felt they were, and that they were the only provider that could not seem to negotiate with the Networks! They reiterated how hard they were trying to negotiate with Fox and hoped to have a resolution soon! They stated that Fox was asking for three times the amount of compensation for a new contract! What a total bunch of shit at the expense of the American Consumer! Dish Network, you are getting ready to lose a lot of customers!
