Called HVAC company that I have dealt with for years and have bought 2 units from over time . They were busy last night , I guess a lot of calls . So I gave them an option for Sunday and stayed home from church / no phone call no nothing / called their ph # gave them a request that at least call me about when they will show up / mid morn / mid afternoon --no call no nothing ....what in the world has happened to professional courtesy .....if I did this in my line of work I would not have a job period . I am reserving some time for the owner of the company Monday by phone and express my total happiness with their processes and it probably wont be pretty .
