Called Knox Dispatch about this driver 6 times in a 40+ minute time period. 20+ on Interstate 40 East between Campbell Station Rd and 386A exit then 20 minutes in a store parking lot where as the dispatcher said ahh, shes taking a nap then and ZERO officer response!!! I dont know if this was a dispatch issue or officer issue but this woman is still on the street. How does this happen, especially on Memorial Day weekend with beefed up patrol?!?! I hope nobody ended up killed because of this neglect. To top this off after my last call in which I put accountability on dispatch if someone did die, I got a call back from the dispatcher who rudely informed me she did all she could and she could show me what she did. Her tone changed a bit when I responded with ok, but I hope nobody dies because of an unacceptable no response. I want answers!
