Called Sears to come out to my home to give me an estimate on new roofs on my house and two other building on my property. They told me that someone would call the next day ( Wens. ) and come out to take measurements to get me an estimate. Will I came home and waited for that call which never came and neither did a salesman. This is par for Sears, I guess they dont need the business. In fact I hear their new slogan is Sears, Reliable Unreliable Please submit your horror stories about dealing with Sears
