Called in a complaint about an unmarked charger pulling over someone for a traffic stop. RCW 46.08.065 states WA state patrol gets leniency on freeways, undercover work is protected, but regular traffic stops by other agencies are not. The lady puts me on hold, comes back and says her supervisor said its okay for unmarked cars to pull people over on residential streets.
