Called the international help number that is supposed to be staffed 24/7 only to get a message that says to call back during normal business hours. Paid to have my phone unlocked. The customer service professional (cough cough) put in the incorrect IMEI number and when I called back I was told it would be sorted in 48 hours. Received an email this morning that they couldnt unlock the phone as it was on another customers account. Why is it so incredibly difficult get the unlock code when I paid to have it done. VERY UNHAPPY, BUT NOT AT ALL SURPRISED, CUSTOMER!
