Calling All Fashionistas! Or one very lucky one.... I am looking for an intern to travel with me to NYC for New York Fashion Week next month. This lucky person would help me cover shows, backstage, interviews, product launch events, after parties for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, STYLE360 Fashion Week, Milk Studios MAC Fashion Week, and couture fashion week on behalf of Latina Magazine and Teen Vogue. (Yes I said VOGUE!!!) Requirements: Who: Aspiring Journalist, Stylist, Public Relations, Social Media professional or someone who loves fashion and is serious about working. What: New York Fashion Week (The #1 Fashion Week in the world) When: Sept. 3rd-11th Tuesday - Friday Where: Manhattan, NYC How Much: This is an unpaid internship without any expense reimbursement. This opportunity is for someone who wants to have an experience of a lifetime attending shows that one cannot buy tickets to and are not open to the public while gaining invaluable hands on experience and networking with the most important people in the fashion industry in the world. Hotel cost is: $100/night (this is after the cost is split) (8 nights) Flight is: $200-$400 on Jet Blue (non-stop to JFK) Press Credentials are: $80 (yes, you get your very own! - talk about a souvenir!) Transportation Cost: $65 for the subway, $30 for round-trip from the airport, & $20 for that late night taxi ride. Food cost: depends on how much you eat. (My budget is $200) Total Estimated Cost: $1400 Ideally, I would like a single intern for the week, however, if I find two who will cover all the dates I need, they will be considered. Ie.
