Calling All Worshippers.. Restoring the Dance-Seeking Gods Order ...and there shall be with thee for all manner of workmanship every willing skilful man, for any manner of service...(1 Chronicles 28:19-21). I began to obey this word andjust do it. Creativity does not belong to works of satan, but to God. God is the Creator, and He created every expression of art, beauty, and splendor. Therefore the fine arts were created by our God and are to be brought forth in the Church, the Body of Christ. Because of tradition, the religious laws of mans legalism, and denominationalism,the art of dance for the King was stolen by the enemy. It is glorious to know God is restoring everything that satan, the thief, has stolen and desecrated. The arts are being restored in beauty and honor unto our God and in the highest expressions of worship. Dance is a part of that restoration. ...God is calling to lead His people into this realm of worship. ...Christ appointed for you, whom heaven must receive [retain] until theperiod of restoration of all thingsabout which God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets...(Mt.24:3; Ac3:20-21). ...so must the restoration of all things spoken by the mouths of the prophets take place before the return of Christ. These truths concern the restoration of a precious gift from our Creator, and this gift is something we call dance. ...a powerful tool of ministry in worship, warfare, and celebration. The dance that God longs to see restored IS one of spirit and truth, NOT flesh and soul. The true restoration of dance In holiness And purity CANNOT be rushed. Desire without knowledge is not good, and to be overhasty is to sin and miss the mark (Prov.19:2). Another important truth concerning Gods order in the dance is that God will always begin by redeeming and restoring the man before dealing with that mans gifts or ministry. He cares more about who we are in Him than what we think we can do for Him. ...the restoration of dance that is birthed as an overflowing expression of love, joy, victory, and thankfulness through those who are spiritually restored in Christ. ...we can say, God seeks NOT the restoration of dance but the dance Of the restored. ...We must, in turn, die to our own will so that He can live through us. ...where there is a birth, there must first be labored. Without Jesus, dance means nothing...Yet, as an effective means of communication and expression of my love to my God, it is a special, hidden treasure whose power, beauty, and mystery must be unveiled. Dance has many different levels of expression, with something for everyone. It is the desire of Gods heart to have a people who will humbly and sincerely worship Him, not only with singing and musical instruments, butin the beautiful language of physical expression through our bodies. This pure and holy form of worship is precious to God. It cannot and will not be left in the twisted hands of the enemy. The restoration of the dance is presently being birthed in the Body of Christ, as God is unfolding and revealing His original purpose for its creation. This book was never intended specifically for dancers. From the very beginning the intent of my heart was that this book be written for the Body of Christ at large with a foremost desire to see it reach the hands of pastors, worship leaders, and dance leaders. My intention is that this book would lay a basic solid foundation of truth and holiness that dance may be restored in the Church to the glory, honor, and pleasure of our God. ...experience a release of the spirit to worship our Father in the manner in which He desires, delights in, and worthily deserves. {Yes, I, M.J. is about to share another reading with you.
