Calling Charlie Hebdo racist because he put up a cartoon of the black prime ministers face on a monkeys body is like saying Dead Kennedys are ultra right wing because they wrote Kill the poor or that Oscar Wilde is a cannibal and lover of the British empire because he wrote an article praising the english for creating the irish potato famine and suggesting that it would be expedient if the english just ate the dead irish children so they dont go to waste: In other words, YOU DONT GET IT. Hebdo was mocking the National Front for comparing the prime minister to a monkey, as the Dead Kennedys were mocking the far right who love to blame the poor for being poor, like Oscar Wilde was brutally mocking the English Gentry for not giving a single shit about the Irish people. Thats how hard satire works.
